Refund Policy

Cancellations in writing up to 24 hour prior to the conference can receive a partial refund (registration fee minus $40.00).
Doulas who must attend a birth the day of the conference can receive credit toward next year’s conference minus the registration fee of $40.00. You must contact the registrar to let her know you'll miss the conference before 9am on March 9th.
Substitutions are okay. Please let our registrar know in writing up to 24 hours prior to the conference.
No refund for no-shows.

Scholarships

The REACHE Board provides up to four Work-study Scholarships for individuals to attend the REACHE Conference for $62.50 (an 50% discount off the regular conference registration price). The intention of these work-study scholarships is to encourage childbirth educators, student doulas, as well as nursing, midwifery and medical students to explore childbirth education topics related to their fields of study.

Responsibilities of scholarship recipients: In exchange for attending the conference at a significant discount, scholarship recipients are expected to arrive at the conference site by 7:00am and stay until 5:30 pm to help with a variety of duties including: Assist with room deccor, distribute conference materials, assist registrar, and assist with take-down.

Interested in applying for a REACHE conference scholarship? Please complete this scholarship application form detailing your interest in our conference topic, what childbirth educator training program you're currently enrolled in, or what you are studying and where you are attending school. Please let us know if you are working with at-risk populations or providing free service to at-risk populations.

The scholarship application deadline is February 1, 2012. Scholarship winners will be announced via email by February 10, 2012.
