Web Site and Printed Conference Program Advertising

$25.00 Sponsorship Level

Your name is listed on every web page of the REACHE website with a hyperlink to your website. Historically, the REACHE website is viewed by over 1,000 individuals in the 4 months leading up to the annual conference. Your name and website will also appear on our printed conference program as a proud REACHE sponor. The conference program is distributed to all conference attendees.

The REACHE website is a major point of contact for all conference registrants. Conference attendees register for the conference and use the website to access speakers' presentation materials. Visitors to the REACHE website include:

All Washington state hospitals' perinatal and childbirth education programs.
Washington state L&D nurses.
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, northern California and British Columbia childbirth educators and doulas.
Members of the Washington Chapter of the American College of Nurse-Midwives.
Members of the Midwives Association of Washington state (MAWS).
Student nurses from the Puget Sound-area nursing schools.

Event Meal & Break Sponsorship

You can receive a higher level of recognition of your support of REACHE by sponsoring a conference meal or break. In addition to recognition on our website and printed conference program, meal and break sponsors will have the opportunity to display their marketing materials in the main foyer during their sponsorship time. Sponsorship at the $250 level includes one complimentary conference registration. Sponsorship at the $500 level includes two complimentary conference registrations.

Door Prize Donations

Does your business provide products of value and interest to labor and delivery nurses, doulas or childbirth educators? Door prizes of jewlery, labor comfort tools, and gift certificates for massages, movies and meals are highly prized by our conference attendees and increase the visibility of your business and products. Donated door prizes of $50 or more receive the following advertising during the REACHE conference:

1. Your business listed on our website with a link to your business' website.

2. A listing in our printed conference program.

3. Verbal recognition and an oral presentation of your product before it's awarded as a door prize.
